ABVIMAS Manali Adventure Course - Kendriya vidyalaya School Trip, Picnic

In this travel blog you will know about the abvimas Manali adventure course in detail . My School kendriya vidyalaya kota sponsered this trip when i was in class 10th . This trip was organised for few selected students of class 10th & 12th of our school . I have also put my video link of this trip in the end of this article .

On 10th May we took a train from kota in the morning to reach Delhi in the afternoon . Then our teacher counted all the students to ensure that someone is not missing in our group . After reaching there we had our lunch then we stayed in the Delhi railway station till evening . Then we  reached bus stand which was at walking distance from the railway station . We then continued our trip in the bus to reach abvimas manali in afternoon on 11 may .

Then we were told to stay in few empty rooms of the main building because at that times hostels were not empty . After that instructors of abvimas Manali told us to come to the ground for rope lecture . When he finished his lecture then we visited their museum to see mountaineering equipments . In night we had our dinner which was provided by abvimas & quality of the food was also good there .

On 12th we woke up 5am in the morning to do our morning chores . Then we went to do a exercise at 6 am in the Morning in the ground . After 40 minutes of exercise we did a jogging from the ground to main gate of the abvimas institute . At 7:30 we had our breakfast in the main dining hall then we went back to our dorm . Then we went to a rock climbing spot in the mountains on foot & practised rock climbing there . In evening we has a one another lecture on the rope knots .

On 13th May we went to the same rock spot but on this day we practised rappelling with the help of a rope . The teachers were very supportive & they even motivated students to perform this activity . Then we came back to abvimas institute & had our lunch in the main hall. In the evening we went to the manali Mall road market to do some shopping  . After that we went to hadimba devi temple where we have to climb many stairs to reach the temple which was up in the forest . We stayed there for 1 hour & clicked some photos and some students even went inside the temple for praying .

On 14th May we did jogging in the forests of the abvimas institute . Then we went to a spot where we have to do river crossing by rope after having our breakfast . There our instructors first tied a rope from both the sides of the river . Then he showed that how we have to do this activity. Students then first crossed the river by pulling the rope & crossed the river by foot to come back at the same spot .

Om 15th May we did the same exercise & then breakfast in the morning and then start walking to visit a mountain which was in other city . We first walked on the highway then we climbed some stairs on the mountain. After that we walked through a village to finally reach that temple . We all first sit on the ground to listen to thr teacher instructions then we went inside the temple to do some prayers & then clicked some photos .

Om 16th May we did the same exercise & then breakfast in the morning and then start walking to visit Solang valley campus which was 15km away from manali . We first walked on the highway then we went through the mountains . We had frequent breaks during this journey when we filled our bottles from the river water & we also jumped on the mountain rocks . We reached the Solang valley campus in the evening . On the same day we went to anjani mahadev waterfall which was few kilometres away from our campus . We have to climb many series of stairs to reach that waterfall .

On 17th May we climb one mountain which was near the campus . We performed manu fun activities like singing & dancing on the top of that mountain . Then in the evening we went for shopping in the markets of the Solang valley . Next day (18 may) we went to climb a mountain where normal people reached with the help of a ropeway . It was a very thrilling experience to climb that mountain because it was very steep . Then er clicked some photos on the top of the mountain & came doen through the forest . In the evening we played games like rope pulling in the valleys of the Solang village .

On 19th November we started our trek to reach manali campus from the Solang valley campus in the morning . We reached the manali campus in the afternoon . Then we had lunch in the main hall . After that we submitted our mountaineering equipments & packed our bags . Then we had a batch distributing ceremony where the head instructor distributed batches for the competition of this adventure course . After that we all posed for a photo & then said goodbye to all our instructors . We then hopped on the bus to reach Delhi . On 20 may 8 am we arrived in the Delhi railway station then we had our lunch in a restaurant . Then we took a train to reach kota in the night from Delhi . This was a very memorable trip & you should also do adventure course in abvimas manali with your friends & relatives .
